| Description: | New Hampshire Public Radio (NHPR), a statewide public radio network based in Concord, NH, is seeking part-time on-air announcer/board operators to cover a variety of weekend and weekday shifts. We are looking for good announcing skills, the ability to multi-task, operate broadcast equipment, and write and edit newscast copy. Successful candidates will work with the Operations Director and Program Director to learn proper operations of studio equipment and to hone on-air presence and personality. |
| Duties: | Specific tasks include:
• Operating standard broadcast equipment such as audio consoles, digital recording and editing equipment, automation software, Audio Vault and Microsoft Office.
• Operating on-air shifts during live hours, such as drive time, midday and weekend shifts.
• Reading live underwriting, programming and promotional announcements during network programming.

| Qualifications: | The ideal candidates will have on-air announcing and board operating experience, preferably in public broadcasting, excellent on-air delivery and some knowledge of New Hampshire news and public affairs.
